Special NEBA Life Insurance Enrollment:
November 9 through December 14, 2009

The NASA Employees Benefit Association (NEBA) group life insurance program will have a special enrollment period November 9 through December 14, 2009. NEBA is a NASA-chartered, not-for-profit employee association, directed by your fellow employees and underwritten by MetLife®. During this special enrollment period, you may enroll online by answering five easy questions and completing an abbreviated enrollment process. Enrollment at times other than this special enrollment period will require a more extensive process and proof of insurability.

NEBA members have the opportunity to participate in an attractive package of MetLife® insurance and financial protection programs.
